Centre Sealing Type Counter Filler is a robust machine with consideration for minimum maintenance and ease of adjusting and giving high reliable output. The Counter Filler has packing range from 10 gm to 50 gm, 50 gm to 250 gm and 500 gm to 1000 gm. The Counter Filler can pack using various material such as virgin films like HDPE, LDPE, co-extruded films, any heat sealable laminated films, polyester poly, metalised poly, aluminium foil laminated poly, paper poly etc and BOPP and sealable polyester. The Counter Filler has speed of 10 to 30 packets per minute and consumes 2.5 KW and 4 KW power. The Counter Filler has various filling style such as volumetric cup filler, weigh metic filling, counter filling, telescopic cup filling, auger filling, vibratory filler and manual filling and requires 3 X 3 X 4 meters space approx. The Centre Sealing Type Counter Filler has maximum reel diameter of 400 mm on 76 mm core.
